Co-Founder Named Consultor for Pontifical Council

Appointment Include 7 Married Couples
VATICAN
CITY, SEPT. 10, 2004 - John Paul II appointed seven married
couples as members of the Pontifical Council for the Family, as well
as six consultors, including a co-founder of Catholic Familyland in
Ohio. The
Vatican press office announced that the new consultors of the
council are:

American Jerry Coniker, co-founder with his now-deceased wife, Gwen,
of the Apostolate for Family Consecration, as well as of Catholic
Familyland in southern Ohio, and more recently Familyland Television
Network. John Paul II appointed Jerry and Gwen Coniker members of
this pontifical council in 1999.
