Heart Forums are also used in the Family Apostolate's Lay
Evangelization
Team formation and outreach programs. Participants spend 15-20
minutes a day meditating on the designated book, and gather on a
weekly basis in a home to view the programs and participate in discussions on the
truths of our Faith. These programs help to create a community
committed to daily spiritual reading, meditation and weekly
gatherings for learning, sharing and evangelizing.
The community
created becomes a support group grounded in the truths of our Faith
that, in turn, helps each person of the group to transform trials into
stepping stones to a life in union with God. Peace of Heart
Forums are easy to run, last from 1-2hours, include discussion, and
feature some of the most spiritual and brilliant minds in the Catholic
Church today.
