This year we
are implementing a NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION process!
It only takes about 25-30
minutes and you can do it day or night, weekend or weekday.
Just 3 Easy
Steps!
Here’s why!
Online registration eliminates the
frustration of busy phone lines and will enable you to register your
family at your convenience day or night. It will also enable us to most
effectively utilize our limited resources to process your registrations
and attend to your registration needs.
Registration is available to anyone and
everyone on a "first-come-first-served" basis.
Your registration is subject to lodging
availability and the payment of a deposit. Your registratation is not
confirmed until we verify that we have available space (in which case we
reserve your space) and you have paid the required deposit (you will have
7 days to pay the deposit). We outline the steps below.
Thank you for your time and patience as
we go through this process! There will be an opportunity at the end of the
online registration form to share any suggestions you may have to improve
this process. We appreciate your feedback and thank you in advance for
working with us to implement this new process.
Please be advised that there is no opportunity
to register by phone. All registrations must either be done online, by fax, or
by mail. Those without internet access can complete a registration form (see
below) and send it to us..jpg)

Here's
how it works:
Step # 1. Fill out the online
registration form above and click "Submit" when you are done. A message "Data
Successfully Added" will display reserving your spot (subject to
lodging availability and payment of deposit). You will immediately receive
an automated email confirmation of your submission.
Step # 2. Once your submission is
processed we will contact you again with a “Registration Confirmation”
email and a link to pay online..jpg)
Step # 3. When your payment is
processed you will receive a “Registration Confirmation” email to
finalize your registration.
